These terms apply to your use of shipbulky.com and to Bulky's free cost audits and early-access services. By using the site or requesting an audit, you agree to them. If you use Bulky on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorized to accept these terms for it.
Early access
Bulky is in early access. Features may change, and some described on this site, including Bulky Network, are not yet available. Paid plans, when offered, will be covered by a separate customer agreement.
Cost audits
Our cost audits are provided free and for information only. They're based on the data you share and on our analysis, and savings estimates are not guaranteed. Decisions about carriers, rates and operations remain yours.
Your data
You keep ownership of the data you share with us. You give us permission to use it to provide the audit and services to you, as described in our privacy policy. Please share only data you have the right to share.
Acceptable use
- Don't misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or try to access systems you're not authorized to use.
- Don't submit false information or other people's details without their permission.
- Don't copy or resell the site's content or design.
Our content
The Bulky name, logo, site design and content belong to Bulky. Product images on this site are previews, and the carriers, lanes and figures shown in them are illustrative.
No warranties
The site and early-access services are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Bulky isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits or savings, arising from your use of the site, an audit or early access.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
